I focus on representations of the human form. Beginning with life drawings, I develop my images first by cutting and rearranging, and then throughout the platemaking and printing process. Rather than depicting specific individuals, my aim is to create images that resonate with human emotions.
What I have always loved about printmaking is the unique aesthetic offered by each technique, along with the emphasis on both creative expression and craftsmanship. Currently, I work with lithographic and relief techniques. I am equally interested in creating captivating images through print, and researching alternative techniques, making lithography more accessible to home studios.
