Coronation Hall is one of the principal buildings in Ulverston and has the largest capacity of any hall in the south Cumbria area. This impressive building is affectionately called ‘The Coro’. It is owned, operated and maintained by Ulverston Community Enterprises and offers excellent entertainment including performances by highly acclaimed touring companies in the fields of music, theatre, ballet and opera and the visual arts as well as providing a lively community venue.

Coronation Hall is South Lakeland’s premier and largest arts and events venue and a hugely popular community location. Throughout the year we host literally hundreds of different events at the hall, ranging from fully-fledged theatre productions to coffee mornings to business meetings to wedding receptions. The Coro truly is, an all purpose venue.
