Jay Seabrook
I am a printmaker living and working in Rutland. I produce small limited edition runs of collagraph prints with watercolour detail. My work often features hard to reach, remote places which perhaps could not exist. I am always trying to evoke a feeling of escape from daily life. I love extreme places, the local countryside, birds and the ocean. I enjoy the unpredictability of the collagraph process and the soft colours and textures that result.
