Colour, shape and texture are the key elements of my printmaking. A bold joyful colour palette is a predominant aspect of my screen prints. My inspiration is the local environment, I’m based in Cornwall –the rugged coast, the fishing villages, the industrial heritage within the landscape are all starting points for my work which ranges from descriptive abstractions of the landscape to more abstract compositions of shape and texture.
