Anthony Ratcliffe

The artist has created numerous collections of woodcut prints associated with various aspects of British landscape, his current project is entitled ‘Northern Stones and Peat Smoke’ which is to be exhibited in Liverpool later in 2019. Recent prints have originated from visits to the Isle of Rum in Scotland, North York Moors ,Coniston Coppermines valley in Cumbria, and local observations of winter in the Dark Peak National Park. Anthony Ratcliffe is a member of Manchester Academy of Fine Art and Leeds Fine Artists.
