Based in Sheffield, Isobel has been working as a printmaker since graduating in 2003.

Her work is abstract in nature and inspired by the circle, which she loves for the simplicity of its form, contrasted with the complexity of the associated ideas: enclosure, infinity, a window, a pathway, the self, the essence of nature.
“My circles symbolise my sense of wonder at the natural world and my place in it.”

Isobel works mostly with etching, embossing, and monotype. Each piece is a unique, original work.
