Exploring colour and form, and the possibilities for interaction between the two, form the core of my work. I experiment both with abstract forms, as well as the forms of everyday objects and how these might be deconstructed and re-assembled. Pattern, rhythm and repetition play an important part in my work. I produce works on paper, fabric and most recently on wooden board, and enjoy exploring the ways in which ink behaves depending on the material and how the ink is applied.
