I work in the medium of stone lithography, a technique invented more than 200 years ago, and not used much these days. The way that I create an image is much closer to drawing, pen and wash or watercolour techniques than most other forms of printmaking. My images are usually natural forms, from seascapes to sycamore seeds. I draw them onto a thick block or limestone then chemically bond the drawing to the stone so that I can produce prints from it.
