Babs Pease
I live at Rumbling Bridge, overlooking the beautiful Devon Valley with the backdrop of the dramatic Ochil Hills. It is this landscape, its flora and fauna and the amazing changes of light that are a constant inspiration to me. The mediums I work in include a number of printmaking techniques, in particular multi plate relief printing. I am presently working towards a show with three other printmakers at the Scottish Ornithologists Club in March. I studied at Edinburgh University and the College of Art, am a member of the Dunfermline Printmakers Co-operative and regularly take part in Perthshire Open Studios. This August I was very pleased to receive an award from the Perthshire Art Association and to have two of my linocuts accepted at the RSA summer show.
